Cangzhou QC Precision Casting Co is located at Suburb Cangzhou, Hebei. The company is one of the largest privately owned investment casting factories in Hebei, which is recognized for its efficient investment casting, mold making and precision machining. The integrated production facility base has a total land area of 40,000 square meters; which includes a 6,500 square meters casting workshop, 7,000 square meters machine shop, plus a 2,000 square meters office building. Our newly installed state of the art production line includes a world class environmentally friendly casting line, mold making process and advanced CNC machining using one of the most stringent quality control systems in the field, insuring we maintain the highest quality standards.
The facility is established to meet large scale casting in varying materials, we also produce high quality stainless steel valves, fittings, quick couplings and pipe related products in the market place. Other innovative value added services include product design, engineering drawing, tooling, rough casting, and CNC workshop. Our current production volume is more than 600MT per year; with an estimated 70%~80% boost of operational productivity upon installation completion of our 2nd phase production line. Our manufactured products are exported globally including Japan, South Korea, North America and the European market; achieved excellent reputation in the field.
